Please allow up to 48 hours for points to appear in your Trade Points account.  [/su_spoiler] [su_spoiler title=”How can I view my current point balance?” icon=”plus-square-1″] You can download the Dulux Trade Points App via the iTunes or Google Play stores, or log into your account on duluxtradepoints.ie to view your Point Balance. You can either visit duluxtradepoints.ie and convert your points for a Dulux Cash Voucher in the Rewards section of the website; or when you are at the till in-store, present your Trade Points card and money-off can be deducted immediately. You can only exchange your points for money-off Dulux Products, or use your Dulux Cash Voucher, at your Home Store.  Please note that some stores cannot offer money-off at the till, so you will need to redeem a Cash Voucher from duluxtradepoints.ie.[/su_spoiler]

Contact the Dulux Trade Points Helpdesk on (01) 893 4992, who will issue you a new card and deactivate the missing card. [/su_spoiler]

Points cannot be added retrospectively, so make sure that every time you purchase Dulux products that you present your card or the Dulux Trade Points app. The App has your card loaded onto it, so all you need to do is log into your app and show your unique card number at the till. [/su_spoiler]

Personal details that you supply during the registration process are held in the strictest confidence by Dulux. Your personal information will not be divulged to anyone or any organisation without your required permission. [/su_spoiler]

Log in to duluxtradepoints.ie, or the Trade Points App, and you can manage your profile in the My Account section. [/su_spoiler]

If you supplied your Store Credit Account number when you registered with Trade Points, your points will automatically be earned when purchasing Dulux products at your Home Store on account.
