This offer is limited up until the 31st March 2021, and only while stocks last. 3. When a member orders their Hamper Reward through Dulux Trade Points, our Reward Concierge will call the member at their phone number registered with Dulux Trade Points between 9am and 5pm. This call is to confirm the recipient, delivery address and any personal message to be accompanied with the Hamper Reward. 4. An order is only confirmed once our Reward Concierge team have spoken with the Trade Points member to confirm delivery details. 5. All orders will be delivered through Hampers & Co. 6. The Hamper Reward will normally be received within 2-3 working days. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Dulux nor Chilli Pepper Marketing shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges, or other expenses. 7. Risk will pass to the customer upon execution of the delivery docket. If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute an item, the replacement item shall be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces. 9. Products shown in imagery may not always be included in the Hamper, however the listed product text will give a description of the items supplied. 11. Photographs in the Brochure and on the Website are accompanied by an itemised list describing the contents of each Hamper or Gift Box. Please note that for photographic purposes some props have been used and these are not included in the Hamper or Gift Box. 12. Purchase of gifts including Alcoholic Beverages can only be made by persons aged 18 or over. 13. The recipient of gifts including Alcoholic Beverages MUST also be a minimum of 18 years old. 14. Returns: Any additional charges incurred in the completion of a delivery or the returning of goods, due to incomplete recipient information from the client, will be liable for all related charges and costs. 15. Re-Delivery: Any additional charges/costs incurred in the completion of a delivery (Re-sending) of goods, due to incomplete original recipient information from the client, or the recipients being unable to collect the item in the time frame specified period from will be liable for all related charges and costs. 16. Proof of delivery cannot be provided for all deliveries. However, there are facilities for the selective tracking of items that have not reached their destination within a reasonable period of time, after the actual dispatch date. Tracking numbers can be provided by The Company and proof of delivery can be obtained by the person or company placing the order, via the internet. 17. The re-sale of Hamper Rewards is strictly prohibited. 18. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion and is subject to availability. 19.
